For delete protected folder you need execute nautilus with administrator (root) privileges, to do this press in the keyboard Alt+F2 and type «gksu nautilus»
In the new window you can delete protected folder. Be carefully because you can delete all folder with this system and provoke crash the operating system if you delete any system folder.
