1. Download pluging from http://code.google.com/p/rhythmbox-shoutcast/downloads/list and unzip.
2. Open a Terminal and type for create and open the pluging folder:
mkdir ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox
mkdir ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins
nautilus ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins
3. Copy the downloaded pluging folder into rhythmbox plugins folder
4. Restart Rhythmbox
5. Enable plugin via rhythmbox -> edit -> plugins
